We are a young and innovative company from Hamburg. Having worked for mid-sized to multinational companies, we know of the daily challenges of finding the right experts within an organization. Personal experiences we faced in complex organizations are for example finding skilled colleagues to help with the on-boarding of new colleagues, locating the right sparring partner, placing suitable experts for projects or simply finding an expert on day-to-day topics.
Especially complex organization struggle with daily challenges of locating the companies’ experts. Till today, employees are mostly only identified based on their employee number, their academic qualifications and current job description. There is mostly little to no digital tool that allows these companies to quickly see the skills and experiences within the workforce. We believe that this problem hinders organizations in engaging existing talents.
We want to help organizations to work with their potentials in order to become more efficient and more cost effective while building a collaborative culture that is a win-win for both management and employees.
